About Autumn

Meet the adorable Autumn! This lovely girl came into us from the warden after being found straying. She was very thin and understandably a little shy to begin with, we don’t know what has happened to get her here but despite everything she’s just the sweetest girl!

Because of this we do not have any history on her and as she’s currently in kennels we do not yet know what she’s like in a home environment. As a lurcher Autumn is likely to have a strong prey drive, because of this we are not looking for homes with cats or young children. Sensible children of high school age may be suitable.

Autumn is friendly with people and so far has been friendly with the dogs she’s met so may be suitable for a home with another dog. She’s a lovely placid girl who walks well on lead, she would fit perfectly into a home with plenty of sniffy walks and a sofa to curl up on at he end of the day. She’s ever so gentle and just wants someone to love!

Autumn is just the gentlest little girl, she loves a fuss (and would probably love to snuggle up on the sofa after a walk!) and is just looking for a calm home with loads of love.

She would benefit with a lurcher experienced owner with lots of time to catch her up on any training she needs and help settle her in, she’s super keen to please so we’re sure she’d pick up on anything quickly!
