About Val

Val is a small to medium sized crossbreed born in December 2020 – aged five years old. Previously lived happily with cats. Would like a resident dog. Children 12 plus Val came into our care when she was a puppy, she was soon adopted but has been returned recently because the domestic circumstances had changed. Val has settled really well back in her foster home. She has been enjoying the company of the other dogs, we think she would be happiest with another dog for company. On the first day she was happy to jump up on the sofa next to her foster dad, although initially she wasn’t keen on getting fussed, but already that is changing and especially if food is involved she is happy to have a fuss. She walks beautifully on a lead and is a pleasure to take out. She is worried by visitors to the home so would like a calm and quiet household. Val has previously lived happily with cats and could live with respectful children aged twelve plus.
