About Elmo

Elmo is a bright and lively young spaniel who is full of energy and enthusiasm. He was removed from his previous home while his owner was taken to court. He has spent the last 8 months in a foster home, he is house trained and loves his home comforts, he is looking for someone to join him on his adventures.

Elmo’s ideal home would be one where someone is around for most of the day, allowing his new family to gradually build up the time he is left comfortably. Elmo needs access to his own private garden where he can run and play. He loves searching for things and would greatly benefit from scent classes, as well as some training to keep him mentally simulated.

Elmo is friendly with other dogs and could be rehomed with another neutered dog. Elmo would not be suitable to be rehomed with cats. He could be homed with teenage children and would benefit from a calm household, with Elmo’s zest for life he will bring someone endless fun and joy, he is a friendly boy and will be a devoted companion.
