About George
Meet our gorgeous boy George, a charming Bedlington Terrier with a gentle soul and so much love to give.
George is the kind of dog who likes to take life at his own pace. He can be a little shy when meeting new people or finding himself in unfamiliar situations, but with patience and kindness, his sweet and affectionate personality soon begins to shine through.
This lovely lad would thrive as the only dog in the home, where he can enjoy all the love and attention for himself. Although George can be nervous at times, he’s also wonderfully curious about the world around him and absolutely loves getting out for his walks and adventures. He has plenty of energy to burn and would enjoy an active home that can keep him mentally and physically stimulated.
Like most Bedlington Terriers, George’s beautiful coat will need regular grooming to keep him looking and feeling his best.
George is also very food motivated, which makes training and building his confidence a rewarding experience. With the right home, plenty of reassurance, and a pocket full of treats, George has all the potential to become the most loyal and loving companion.
If you think you could offer George the calm, understanding home he deserves, we’d love to hear from you!
George has early stage mitral valve disease which will be discussed with any potential adopters.
