Meet Peppa & Nelson 🐾

Peppa and Nelson are a very special pair of senior pugs who have found themselves looking for a home together. These two lovely Pugs have shared their lives and are closely bonded, so it is important that they find a family who can welcome them both and give them the companionship, comfort and care they deserve.

They may be getting older, but there is still plenty of love, personality and cuddles to come from these two!

💕 Getting to know Peppa

Peppa is a sweet, friendly little girl who is definitely young at heart. She loves nothing more than being close to her people, whether that means enjoying a cuddle, snuggling up beside you or having a lovely snooze.

She is also very enthusiastic when it comes to food – so tasty treats are definitely the way to her heart! Peppa is friendly with everyone she meets and is a lovely, easy-going girl who handles being cared for, including bathing, very well.

💙 Getting to know Nelson

Nelson is an equally affectionate and gentle boy who absolutely loves his human company. If there is a lap available, he will be very happy to climb onto it for a cuddle!

He enjoys attention and being close to his people and is a lovely, gentle companion. Nelson also copes very well with his daily eye care, particularly when there are some tasty treats involved.

🏡 Finding the right home

Peppa and Nelson are looking for a quiet, loving home where they can spend their retirement years together.

They would be best suited to an adult-only home or a family with older children aged 13+, where their needs can be understood and respected.

Both dogs love having their people around and can become anxious when left alone, so they are looking for someone who is home for most of the day and who can enjoy having two very loving companions by their side.

They would prefer to be the only dogs in the home. They have shown no immediate concerns around cats and, with careful introductions, they may be able to share their home with a cat.

A secure garden with fencing around 5ft would be ideal. They don't need long or strenuous walks and would be much happier enjoying short, gentle on-lead walks followed by some quality time relaxing at home.

Peppa and Nelson aren't looking for a busy or adventurous lifestyle. What they really want is something much simpler – a loving home, plenty of company, gentle days, comfortable naps and someone who doesn't mind sharing their sofa and lap with two very affectionate Pugs.

If you have the time, patience and love to offer this special pair, Peppa and Nelson would love nothing more than to spend their golden years together, by your side.
