About Rowan
Rowan is now ready for his new home. Sadly he was born blind (may be able to see light and dark but nothing else). Despite this they are he is a healthy, happy puppy who is full of mischief and with the right training will make a wonderful companion. He is great with the other dogs and would benefit from having another dog around to learn from.
