Benjamin

About Benjamin

People – Benjamin is a friendly and social lad, he can sometimes be a little nervous with new people but this is soon overcome

Can I live with children – He is a full on pup who has lacked initial training and socialisation, any children will need to be 12 + and used to bouncy dogs and big enough not to be knocked over when he has the zoomies

Can I live with other dogs –He has the potential to be homed as a single dog or with a social and confident resident dog

Can I live with cats – A feline free home for this lad please

Health – There are no known health issues

Out and about – He is learning all about life outside of the home, he is not yet fully vaccinated so outside interactions are limited. His exposure to all things new will be ongoing in his new home. He travels well in the car although is excited and must be secured. He is happy to greet people and other dogs when out and about. Lead training is ongoing

In the home – He is a pup and so housetraining is a work in progress, this will continue in his new home but he is making good progress. He is confident with all household sights and sounds, welcoming of visitors, sometimes a little too much as he does like to jump up and can be a little mouthy – this is missing training at a young age and with experienced owners will soon be rectified

Type of home – Benjamin needs experienced dog owners who understand training and the need for consistency and boundaries. He is likely to be a medium dog when older so it is important to have the time to address his training needs now to enable him to grow into a well mannered social adult. He needs active owners who can be around for a good part of the day

Benjamin has had his 1st vaccination been microchipped and up to date with flea and worming treatments. He will need to be neutered at the correct time as part of his Adoption Agreement (reduced cost neutering is available at our vets on request)

Potential adopters will be expected to travel to Woodley Berks to meet Benjamin
