Leo

About Leo

People – Leo is a friendly and social chap who is happy to meet everyone and say hello. He is the perfect little calm companion, who is looking for a family in which he can be part of it all.

Can I live with children – Leo can live with children, and is very gentle with them. Naturally, children do need to respect his space and treat him gently and calmly, as with any dog.

Can I live with other dogs – Leo can be an only dog, but is also fine living with similar sized, similar energy companions. He is always friendly in any dog interactions.

Can I live with cats – Leo can live with cats. He lives with a cat in foster, which he does not really notice. He does not rise when the cat hisses, he is very calm.

Health – There are no known health issues

Out and about – He likes to go for a little walk, but is very low maintenance, he happily trundles off home too after a walk. Sometimes even asks to go home, a true homebody. Leo travels well in the car, he is settled and calm. He is social and friendly with everyone he meets human and canine alike.

In the home – He has settled well in foster, he is happy to engage with visitors to the home, and loves spending time with everyone. Leo is clean in the house, not destructive, and fine to be left for short periods. He is calm and quiet, and loves to follow you around, a great companion. He likes to sleep in the bedroom, but is now also ok to sleep in his own bed. He just wants to be with his family, as closely as possible. He can be a bit fussy about what he likes to eat, currently he is enjoying chicken & vegetables, but this might be a little adventure for the new forever home.

Type of home – Leo is looking for new owners who will consider him part of the family. He will follow you around and wants to be part of everything. In the evening he likes to watch TV with the family, and sometimes barks at animals he sees on the screen!

Leo has been neutered, vaccinated and microchipped and is up to date with his flea and worming treatments

Potential adopters will be expected to travel to Hampton, TW12 to meet Leo
