About Dolly

The Country Crew!

People – They are all friendly and social pups who love people and adore interaction; they are typical playful pups. Dolly is the smallest of the three but is eating well and putting on weight as expected. She is a gentle, calm little girl who is very affectionate. She likes doing things at her own pace. She enjoys playing with her brothers, but if they get too boisterous, she likes going to a space of her own.

Can I live with children – They are tiny so older children at an age to understand the need for care around her would be fine

Can I live with other dogs - Dolly is fine to be rehomed with other dogs; there is potential for them to be homed as a single dog provided adopters can demonstrate that they will be socialised and will have lots of human company. She is a clever little girl; she already responds to her name. If not watched when eating, she will try to run to her brother’s bowls and eat from there instead of her own, even though the contents are exactly the same. She is the little bowl inspector, so if there are multiple dogs in the home, this will need to be gently corrected with a simple redirection for Dolly.

Can I live with cats – They are young enough to be rehomed with cats provided they are bold enough to cope with an inquisitive pup

Health – There are no known health issues

Out and about – The pups are too young to be out and about yet; it is imperative that they are exposed to all things new in a positive manner to ensure their confidence grows and they become social and confident out and about

In the home – Currently, Dolly prefers using the puppy pads, but she is carefully being encouraged to go outside. She is quite private about going to the toilet; she makes sure to step away from the boys. She is growing in confidence every day and enjoys saying hi to visitors. She enjoys being close to people and likes gentle fuss and attention. They are pups; they poop, pee, and will chew. Be prepared for all that owning a puppy involves. It will take them time to settle, so initially sleepless nights will be real. Are you ready for the joys of puppy parenting?

Type of home – The pups’ new owners will need to be around for most of the day; they need time and training, the time you put into your pup will shape what adult you make. They literally are reliant upon you to decide their future, we know they are adorable but look past that and consider the commitment that these pups need – can YOU give them what they need?

They have had their 1st vaccination and are microchipped and up to date with flea and worming treatments. They will need to be neutered at the correct time as part of their Adoption Agreement (reduced cost neutering is available at our vets on request)

Potential adopters will be expected to travel to Brockley SE4 to meet The Country Crew
