Clawdia Winkleman is a beautiful 4-year-old greyhound who is a very sweet and gentle girl.

Sadly, Clawdia is fearful of the outside world due to her past. She has had very limited interaction with people and has not experienced normal everyday life for at least a year, so she will need a patient and understanding home that is happy to keep her world small while she learns that she is safe.

When Clawdia first arrives in her new home, she won’t need walks or lots of new experiences. Instead, her first few weeks should be focused on settling in at home, enjoying playtime, treats and cuddles, and building a bond with her new family.

Once she feels secure, she can then begin to experience the outside world slowly and at her own pace, with gentle introductions to new places and experiences.

At home, Clawdia is a little angel — affectionate, gentle and incredibly sweet. She just needs the right person to give her the time, patience and reassurance she needs to take that next step.

For the right home, watching Clawdia’s confidence grow will be incredibly rewarding.
