Pet friendly: Still being assessed

Jet is a rock‑solid, people‑loving hound who wins hearts wherever he goes. He’s calm, friendly, affectionate and steady in all sorts of environments. Volunteers adore him, and it’s easy to see why - Jet is one of those dogs who makes everything feel simple.

Out and About Jet is a brilliant traveller and settles quickly in the car. On walks he’s relaxed and easy to handle, usually strolling on a loose lead with the occasional wander in front for a lean and some fuss. He’s polite with other dogs - a quick sniff and then he’s ready to move on.

Busy places don’t faze him. At Tamworth market he took the noise and crowds in his stride, and at Statfold Park he was the calmest of the group, happily soaking up attention from adults and children. When the others needed a break, Jet was still working the crowds like a pro, loving every bit of fuss. He’s confident, adaptable and enjoys being part of the day.

Personality Jet is affectionate, sociable, confident and full of charm. He leans in for fuss at every opportunity, loves meeting people of all ages, and has a naturally steady, friendly nature. Volunteers describe him as a superstar - a dog who makes every outing enjoyable.

Ideal Home Jet would suit a home that enjoys walks, company and plenty of affection. He thrives with people who can give him guidance, routine and reassurance, and he’ll repay it with loyalty, cuddles and endless charm. He’s lively, loving and ready for a home that understands him and lets him shine.
