Ciro

About Ciro

Meet Ciro, weighing in at 66kg he is a giant bundle of love.

Sadly, Ciro came to us looking for a new start following the sad loss of his owner. He is a ‘rounded’ boy in every sense, loving people, children and having successfully lived with other dogs in the past. If you are looking for a gentle giant who just wants to be part of the family, Ciro is your man.

Ciro is a socialite at heart. He was a regular at the local pubs and cafes, and is perfectly comfortable being in busy places. In true mastiff fashion, his favourite activity is being right in the middle of the action for a while before finding a good spot to lie down for a long snooze.

Ciro walks remarkably well, casually plodding alongside you however, if he decides he wants to investigate something he will not be stopped easily. So, his new owners will need to be physically able to manage his size. He also loves his food (his favourite kind is anything) He is currently on a weight loss journey and with regular walks and a steady diet, we expect those extra pounds to drop right off.

Ciro is finding life in the kennels incredibly stressful and is desperately seeking a foster home, ideally with a view to adoption where he can go back to home comforts and a huge sofa.
