Hello! My name is Dumpling, and I’m a silly, cheeky and very cuddly girl who is always ready for some fun!

I’m a big fan of people, especially when they are sitting down at my level because that means I can put my paws up on them and demand… I mean politely request … lots of fuss! I absolutely love affection and will happily snuggle up with you. I also enjoy a bit of rough and tumble play, and when I’m feeling playful, I might jump up, do a big play bow and gently mouth your hands and arms. I promise I’m only being silly!

I can be a little shy when I first meet new people but give me a little time and I’ll soon decide that you’re actually rather lovely. Once I’m your friend, my cheeky personality doesn’t take long to appear!

There is one thing you should know about me I’m a bit head shy. I can duck my head when hands come towards me, so I need someone who will understand me and take things gently.

Now, brushing… THAT is something I take very seriously.

I absolutely LOVE being brushed, particularly my lower back. In fact, I like it so much that I’ll turn around and practically sit on your lap so you can get the important bits properly! And if you stop before I’m ready? Well, I’ll simply paw you to remind you that you haven’t finished yet. You’re welcome. 😉

I’m also a huge fan of toys, especially my squeaky silicone chicken! Get that chicken out and suddenly I become even more bouncy and playful. I love bringing my toy back to you when I want you to play with me. Basically, I’m very good at making sure my humans understand when playtime is required.

I’m a clever girl too. I can sit and give you both paws when you ask. Yes, both.

I also really like other dogs, and I love nothing more than a good game of chase around the paddock. I’m a very playful girl and would love to have plenty of opportunities to enjoy some fun with some four legged friends.

So, if you’re looking for a fun loving, affectionate girl with a cheeky personality, a serious appreciation for back scratches and a slightly ridiculous obsession with a squeaky chicken… I might just be your girl!

✅I’m looking for someone who has owned a dog before, and has an understanding of brachycephalic breeds and their needs.

✅Its ok if you don’t have a garden. If you do have a garden but it’s not secure, that’s ok too as long as you agree to keep me on a long line and stay with me while I’m out. If you do have a secure garden (fencing at least 4 ft) then that’s fantastic, you can just open the door and let me have a mooch.

All I really want is a family who will understand me, give me time to build trust, enjoy lots of play and cuddles with me, and appreciate all the silly little things that make me Dumpling. ❤️
