About Gus

Gus is looking for an owner who have ideally had frenchies before. He would like to be the only pet though may be able to live with high school aged children.

Gus is a sweet, laid-back character who very much enjoys taking life at his own pace. He is a friendly boy who likes making friends and, while generally easy-going, he does have an excitable side and can occasionally get a little carried away when greeting people, which can lead to some mouthing and jumping up. He means no harm, but his new owner will need to continue working on his manners.

For the most part, Gus is content to potter around doing his own thing and isn't particularly needy, though he does enjoy spending time with his people and appreciates a fuss when it suits him. He generally gets on well with other dogs when he is out and about but he is a boy who wants the attention all to himself from his family so he will be best being the only pet within the home.
