About Nate
Background – Nate joined us as an owner surrender when his owner felt they couldn’t meet his needs.
Character – Nate is a lively, intelligent, young dog. He loves to play and has an infectious curiosity. He’s loved the new experiences he’s been having in foster and enjoys learning. He’s still young with lots to learn but he’s picking things up quickly!
Type of home – Nate is looking for an active home with the time and energy it takes to raise a young, high-energy dog. He will need plenty of training, exercise and stimulation in his new home to help him become a well-rounded adolescent.
Nate didn’t spend much time travelling in his previous home but has coped well with short journeys since joining us.
Nate could live with children 12+ so long as they’re aware of the tendencies young dogs can have (i.e. jumping).
Although Nate is not currently living with other dogs, he enjoys meeting them. We think he could possibly live with other pooches in his new home. He’s living with some farm cats and has been generally fine so far, he may be able to live with dog-savvy cats in his new home.
Health –
Nate will be adopted out on a strict neutering agreement
Adopting – Nate is currently in East Brent and potential adopters will need to visit them here.
