About Luna

Luna is a large puppy who came to us to find a new home when it didn’t work out in her last home. A young couple had taken her on with good intentions, but sadly they weren’t able to keep her… she then ended up with their parents, and Luna was chasing cats.

She approx 24kg, and only 7 months old… she’s still got a lot of growing to do, potentially! We don’t really know what breeds she’s made up of.

She can be a little shy, particularly of men… but she soon warms to people and then becomes a big playful puppy… zoomies and grabby games included!! She will need a home where people are used to young energetic dogs, who are prepared to put time and effort into her training and socialisation.

Luna doesn’t like being left alone, so she would prefer a home where she wont be left much initially until some work has taken place to help her to become more comfortable with being home alone. She’s not had much in the way of training so far…

She seems to get along okay with other dogs… she can get worried if the other dog is excitable but we are sure that she will be more relaxed as she gets more settled, and gains confidence. She may be able t share her home with a neutered male, but this would depend on a dog meeting. No cats.

Luna has the potential to be a great dog! She’s loving and will make a great addition to the family! She could live with children over 8yrs, who are used to larger dogs.
