About Lola

Hello, it’s me, Lola, your soon‑to‑be favourite Dachshund.

I’m 11 months old, outrageously adorable, and according to my foster mum, “full of character.” Personally, I think that’s code for I run the house and everyone loves it. Let's get one thing straight: I am a cuddle monster. If you sit down, I will be on your lap, if you stand up, I will stare at you until you sit down again, and in the mornings? I expect to be scooped up like a baby and told I’m a good girl. I reward you with kisses — lots of them.

Now, about food… Listen, I’m not saying I’m a thief, but if you leave a perfectly good steak unattended, what am I supposed to do? Ignore it? Be serious. I have excellent taste and fast reflexes.

When you come home, I bark because obviously I should get first cuddles. I sleep beautifully in my crate, I’m toilet trained, and I’m working hard on my “Don’t shout at everyone on walks” skills. It’s a work in progress — I simply have a lot to say. I also love other dogs. Truly. If there’s a dog friend around, I’m ready to play, snuggle, or strut beside them like we’re on a tiny‑dog catwalk. Having company makes me very happy — I’m a social butterfly with short legs.

My favourite place in the world is tucked under my foster mum’s chin on her lap. Personal space? Never heard of it!

If you’re looking for a tiny queen with big personality, bigger cuddles, a mild obsession with kitchen treats, and a girl who adores doggy friends, please fill in the application to adopt form here ……
