Elsie

About Elsie

Elsie is a beautiful 3yr old black and white female, she has been flea and worm treated, microchipped, spayed and fully vaccinated. She will also be rehomed with 5 weeks' free pet insurance and has a clean bill of health.

Elsie came to us as in emergency with her older kitten, she was in very poor condition with a long standing flea problem causing fur loss and sadly was early pregnant again already. She was hormonal, feisty and certainly not in a position to raise yet more kittens so she was spayed straight away for her own wellbeing. We are pleased to say that health wise she has completely recovered from her ordeal an is now fully fit and well.

We don't really know what Elsie went through in her previous situation but it left her wary of strangers and she just takes a bit of time to trust but once she does and now her hormones have calmed down she is actually a lovely girl who seeks attention albeit on her own terms sometimes.

She has settled into the cattery well, she loves her food and is completely litter trained.

She wasn't a huge fan of other cats but this has improved since she has been pen sharing and she could happily share a space with another neutered feline. She doesn't like dogs and children would need to be older and quieter, 8yrs plus.

Elsie will need a home WELL AWAY FROM ANY BUSY OR FAST ROADS, with access to a safe garden where she can enjoy exploring once she has fully settled into her new home.

Being fostered in Swadlincote but she can be rehomed further afield subject to a successful home check and an adoption donation of £75
