About Mayflower
Mayflower was admitted into our care along as a young kitten after being found abandoned with heavy flea burden. After treatment, she is now ready to find herself her new home.
It took some time for Mayflower to settle into cattery life, as she was initially quite shy and nervous. However after several weeks with our animal care team and time spent in foster, she has come out of her shell and shown our team her curious personality. She has a playful and curious nature, and enjoys spending time playing with her toys. She enjoys lying on her back and purring while getting plenty of head scratches!
Mayflower would be best suited to a family who are looking for more of an independent cat and will allow her time to settle and provide her with hiding places around the house so she can feel safe. She would prefer to live in a quieter household with children over the age of 12 years old, who understand that she may take time to settle into her new environment.
Once settled, we believe she would like the option to go in and out of the home.
