About Cheeto
Cheeto was admitted into our care along with his sibling as young kittens after being found abandoned suffering from a bad case of cat flu. After treatment, he is now ready to find himself his new home.
It took some time for Cheeto to settle into cattery life, as he was initially quite shy and nervous. However after several months within our care, he has started to come out of his shell and shown our team his playful, affectionate personality. He has a playful and curious nature, and enjoys spending time playing with his toys. He can at times still be wary of loud noises and new people so will need a family who understand that he may take some time to settle into a new environment.
Due to having cat flu at a young age, Cheeto's lungs sound slightly louder than normal, this is believed to be the result of chronic respiratory damage. This does not hold Cheeto back and he lives a normal life, being a typical, happy, active kitten! He will need to be an indoor-only cat.
Cheeto would suit a family who have experience with cats and would prefer to live in a household with children over the age of 10 years old , who understand that it may take him some time to settle into his new environment.
It is unknown how he would react around other pets in the household, but may be able to share his home with another cat of similar personality or another cat-friendly dog with gradual introductions.
