Luke & Leia
Silk Cat Rescue
Their cats live with foster carers or in boarding, so you meet Luke & Leia after applying rather than by visiting.
Luke & Leia are no longer on Silk Cat Rescue's website. We noticed on 2 November 2026. That usually means they've found a home.

About Luke & Leia
Other cats? Depends on your existing cat.
Children? Five and older.
How about dogs? Depends on age, breed and previous experience.
Indoor cat? No, they would love to explore outside so no significant hazards within 100m please
Suitability? Good for beginners and experts alike.
Ready now, this lovely pair are ready for their new homes. They arrived with us from a smallholding near the abandoned MOD Anzio Base site near Leek last year and we don’t really understand why they’ve not found a new home yet.
Very well socialised and absolute bundle of joy, Luke and Leia are totally suitable for beginners and should suit most families with time to care for them. They are straightforward and use their tray reliably; they are not fussy eaters either and, apart from upset tummies initially, have been in good health.
