Ay-oh! Don’t stop me now! I’m Freddie Purrcury! I am one of the singer cats. I came in as part of a very large group of cats, over a year and a half ago, but there is only me and my sister, Tina Tuna, left.

Unlike my legendary namesake, I’m actually quite a shy boy. I prefer to sit back and watch the world go by, and it takes me a little time to feel safe and confident in new surroundings. I love toys and tasty food, but I’m not too keen on being handled, so I’d be happiest in a home that understands and respects my space.

I’m an inquisitive chap who would suit a quiet, patient home with no young children who might accidentally spook me. With time, understanding, and a little patience, I may learn to “break free” and become more affectionate, but my new paw-rents should be happy to let me settle at my own pace.

Some of my family members have been carriers of mycoplasma, so I may also be a carrier. Because of this, I’ll need to be rehomed either as a solo cat or alongside another cat from my family.

I am vaccinated, neutered, microchipped, negative for FIV/FeLV and up to date with flea and worming treatment. I just had a dental and had all of my teeth removed as my body was attacking my teeth and causing me pain. I am now feeling much better and I am eating well. Once I am settled I will need access to the outdoors.
