About Celestine
This lovely girl is finding life in the shelter quite overwhelming and is looking for a calm, patient home where she can settle in at her own pace.
Celestine would love a quiet environment with plenty of affection, cosy places to relax, and a window spot where she can watch the world go by until she is ready to go and explore it herself.
Celestine enjoys spending time playing with rod toys and, once she has built trust with you, she absolutely loves having her chin rubbed and enjoying gentle fuss. Although she can be a little shy at first, she forms bonds with the people she knows and feels comfortable around.
Due to her nervous nature, Celestine is looking for a home where she will be the only pet. She may be able to live with calm, sensible teenagers who can understand her need for space and allow her to approach on her own terms.
She is ready to leave shelter life behind and with time, patience, and understanding, Celestine will make a wonderful companion for someone looking to give a deserving cat a loving forever home.
