Smokey

About Smokey

This gorgeous boy is a gentle, affectionate soul who is always happy to offer a slow blink, a leg rub, or a little headbutt. He loves being wherever his humans are and will happily follow you around the house, keeping you company. Smokey may not be your typical lap cat, but give him a good chin scratch and you’ll soon discover his secret talent: becoming a total purr machine! He’s a sweet and sensitive boy, though, and can sometimes be startled if touched unexpectedly, so he appreciates a gentle approach and a little time to feel comfortable. When he’s not soaking up attention, Smokey has some very important hobbies. His favourites include being groomed endlessly, headbutting the furniture, and lounging in sunny spots. He’s also learning the fine art of play. He may not be the most dedicated student, but put in the effort and he’ll reward you with high-speed chases, bunny kicks and impressively high jumps! The catch? His enthusiasm comes in very short bursts. Generally a quiet boy, Smokey certainly has opinions when dinner is involved! And while you’ll probably notice his gorgeous eyeliner first, his favourite feature is undoubtedly his incredibly long body. He loves stretching himself to maximum length throughout the house — and trust us, you won’t miss him! Smokey would love a home with someone who spends lots of time at home, so he can have plenty of company, affection and cuddles.
