Izzy

About Izzy

Izzy is a survivor with a story that will touch your heart. Fate was on her side when she was taken to the vets twice to be put to sleep, and both times, the vet rightfully refused. She knew Izzy had so much more life left to live! Now, Izzy is in our care and looking for the wonderful, understanding forever home she truly deserves. Izzy is a beautiful cat with a classic “tortie” personality, which means she has a wonderful spark, knows her own mind, and thrives on her own terms. The Finer Things in Life: Izzy does love a small fuss and affection! However, she is a lady who values her personal space. She will happily let you know when she’s had enough attention.

Reading the Room: Her ideal human will understand feline body language, recognising the subtle signs that she needs some quiet time to keep things calm and controlled.

Work Hard, Nap Harder: When she’s not keeping an eye on her kingdom, Izzy absolutely loves to play! Once playtime is over, you can find her seeking out the coziest spot in the house to chill out and snooze the day away.

Home Requirements Because Izzy thrives in a tranquil environment, she is looking for: An adult-only home (no children).

A calm, quiet household without too much hustle and bustle.

An experienced cat owner who appreciates an independent feline companion.

Izzy didn’t give up on her second chance, and we aren’t giving up on finding her the perfect person. Could that be you? If you have a quiet home and the patience to let Izzy blossom at her own pace, please reach out to us to learn more about adopting her!
