Best friends, Tito (male, black face) & Tuxy (female, white strip on nose), are bonded black & white kittens looking for a forever home together.

Tito, who is estimated to be around 5 months’ old and is the smaller of the two kittens, came into HFC care because his owner was unwell and struggling to take care of him. Since his arrival to foster care in Woking, Tito has been friendly and keen to spend time with his Carers. In fact, he loves to sleep with his Carers at any time around their shift patterns. Tito is chatty and will chat to himself even when out of sight of his humans. He is relaxed about his tummy and paws being touched and his Carers describe him as a purring machine!

Tuxy, who is 7 months’ old, came into HFC care after her owners’ relationship broke down. When Tuxy’s owner returned to live with her parents, the family dog chased her relentlessly and she was kept in one room for her safety. Tuxy is a friendly cat who most likes to receive affection in the evenings and at night. She likes to sleep next to her Carers but has not yet become a lap cat. Tuxy loves to play fetch with her Carer and her favourite, red toy mouse, sometimes presenting the mouse as a gift to them in the middle of the night! She has cleverly invented her own game of chase with the household vacuum robot!

With Tuxy in urgent need of a foster place and Tito being friendly and loving company, we arranged for Tuxy to spend time at the same foster home as Tito and for them to be carefully introduced. This trial has led to Tito and Tuxy becoming good friends.

Tito and Tuxy love to play, performing zoomies and playing chasing games together. The kittens, who are both fascinated by water, love to spend time in the kitchen and bathroom with their Carers. Tito appears less interested in running water than Tuxy but both love to climb into a wet sink, shower or bath tub!

As Tito innocently plays with his claws out, the pair are looking for a home with adults or alongside a family with respectful children, aged 10+. Due to Tuxy’s experiences, we are seeking a home for the youngsters where they can enjoy being only pets.

Both Tito and Tuxy are available for adoption having been neutered and microchipped. Tuxy is already fully vaccinated and Tito will receive his second vaccination in mid November.

If you are hoping to adopt a pair of friendly, affectionate and entertaining kittens and you are happy for them to join you in the bathroom for wet play(!) please take a look at the checklist in their media where you can see the type of home they are looking for. Thank you.

Health: Both Tito and Tuxy are neutered and microchipped. Tuxy is fully vaccinated and Tito's second vaccination is due in mid November
