Barnaby

About Barnaby

Barnaby came to us from a multi-cat household after his owner was being evicted and could not take him.

This boy has found coming into rescue overwhelming and is taking his time to come out of his shell. Barnaby has spent his days hiding under a blanket in his bed, since he has formed relationships with his carers he is venturing out more and more.

Barnaby is really a big cuddly boy and is incredibly affectionate once he knows you. He will seek comfort in those he trusts and once he loves you, he really loves you! Barnaby enjoys flopping over to show you his fluffy tummy, he enjoys head bumping, purring and a chin scratch!

This gentle boy will make a wonderful companion, he will need time and patience to come out of his shell within a home environment. Barnaby would benefit from a quiet home, with understanding adopters who will see past his shy nature here. He has shown us that once he has a bond with you, he is a different cat!

Any home would need to have secure garden access, away from busy roads. Barnaby would need to be kept indoors overnight. We are currently still assessing whether Barnaby would like to live with his brother Rusty.
