Rye

About Rye

Handsome Rye came to us as his owner was moving away and couldn’t take him with her. Although overwhelmed on arrival, this lad has been nothing but sweet since coming into us. It only took a few days for his true character to shine.

Rye is an absolute sweetheart and has been incredibly loved in his previous home, which is clear to see in his temperament. He will greet you with chirrups the minute you go into his room and come straight over for a fuss. If he is curled up on his chair he will immediately roll over to show us his lovely belly! He is a gentle and chilled boy, despite his age he is very calm and is often found relaxing on his cat tree, but give him a catnip toy and you soon see his energetic side!

Rye has previously lived alongside another cat, and has flown through his cat tests here, so we feel he may be able to share his home with a friendly resident cat. We are looking for a home where Rye will have access to a secure garden, with either a catio or pet protect fences as he has previously been an indoor only cat.
