About Beau

ON HOLD

Meet Beau, a handsome 6-year-old neutered boy who is looking for a loving new home to call his own.

Beau was found living near a block of flats by a local park. Kind-hearted residents had been feeding him, but it was clear that he had been fending for himself for quite some time. Despite his difficult past, Beau has remained a gentle and affectionate cat who is now ready for the comfort and security of a permanent home.

Beau's favourite place is the sofa, where he happily spends most of the day snoozing. After what was likely a long time without a place to truly relax, he takes his comfort seriously! He can be a little protective of his spot and may give a warning swipe if he is moved when he doesn't want to be, but this is easily understood given his background and the uncertainty he has experienced.

When he's feeling settled, Beau is a wonderfully affectionate companion. He loves a fuss and rewards attention with plenty of purrs when someone sits with him. He is currently a little underweight and would benefit from being fed up, but otherwise he is in good health.

Beau is looking for a home with access to a safe garden where he can enjoy the outdoors. He would be best suited to an adult-only home and would prefer to be the only cat in the household. However, he may be able to live with a calm, older cat following careful introductions.

Could you be the one to give Beau the second chance he deserves?
