About Patch
Poor Patch was found abandoned in his carrier beside the A21, with only a packet of Dreamies left with him.
He had clearly once been someone’s pet and is a silly, cheeky and playful boy who desperately wants affection. However, Patch can quickly become overstimulated and may nip when he has had enough. He can also find handling stressful, and his behaviour suggests that he may have had some difficult experiences in the past.
What Patch needs now is kindness, routine and calm, confident handling. He has been neutered, and our team is working with him every day. We are already seeing a wonderful improvement in his confidence.
Patch will need an experienced home without young children or other pets, with someone willing to continue helping him feel safe and bring out the very best in this sweet boy. Access to a secure garden where he can play, explore and burn off some energy is essential.
