About Archie
Archie started his journey from ex feral kitten to much loved family pet. He’s still nervous around people and will try to hide while he finds his feet, but underneath that shyness is a little boy who is slowly learning that humans can be kind. A friendly, confident resident cat could be a real bonus for Archie giving him a feline friend to learn from and helping him feel more secure as he discovers the world. Any introductions would need to be done slowly and carefully. We want to be honest about Archie’s needs so that he finds the right home for him. If you’re looking for a kitten who will immediately curl up on your lap and demand cuddles, Archie may not be the little boy for you…at least, not just yet. He’s still learning to trust people, and we can’t promise how affectionate or confident he will become. If you have a little patience, a kind heart and the willingness to let him blossom in his own time, you may just be surprised by what’s hiding beneath that nervous little exterior. The most rewarding friendships are sometimes the ones that take a little longer to grow, and Archie deserves someone who will give him that chance.
