About Macaque
Macaque is a lovely sensitive soul who is growing in confidence and discovering just how much he enjoys spending time with people. Once he gets to know you, he loves a fuss and particularly enjoys gentle cheek and chin rubs. He can be a little unsure of new surroundings and may need some time and patience to feel comfortable, but his affectionate nature is shining through as his confidence grows. He would love a quiet, calm and consistent home where he can settle at his own pace and build a special bond with his new family.
Macaque would benefit from a little space of his own initially, with cosy hiding places where he can feel safe while getting used to his new surroundings. He can be left during the day, provided he has a settled routine, and will thrive with someone who understands that the best friendships are built on patience and trust. With a little time and plenty of kindness, Macaque has so much potential to become a wonderful companion.
