About Smoky Bacon
Meet out litter of Tayto kittens! These kittens are about 9 weeks, and ready to go to their new home! We have: Smoky Bacon- Male, Tabby. All kittens are full of beans and will make a great addition to any home! They have been growing up on foster where they have been exposed to a home environment.
Smoky Bacon has been found to show signs of hip dysplasia.
The vets have said they won’t know until he is 6 months old, but he may on medication for this. **IMPORTANT: Their mum, Tayto, was diagnosed with FIV.
We won’t know until the kittens are 6 months old if they are also FIV+.
Once they get that age, Assisi will get them F tested to check.
As there is a possibility they may be FIV+, we will be rehoming them as if they are.
FIV means they will be immunocompromised, and may be higher risk of getting unwell throughout their life.
Because of this, they will need to be kept as strict housecats.
They need to be rehomed as the only cat in the home, with another one of their littermates, or to a house with a cat that has been diagnosed with FIV.
They can live with dogs.**.
